Today, Wednesday, July 25, 2012, marks three and a half years since Cristian left his family for heaven and this morning he was joined by his great-grandmother, Encarnacion Torres, who passed away after a five year battle with cancer and dementia. We at the Cristian Rivera Foundation are deeply affected by the loss of such a beautiful woman, one who cared for Cristian’s Daddy, John “Gungie” Rivera, as a child. However, at the end of so much suffering there is a silver lining in the clouds. Reunited with his great-grandmother, Cristian has another person to boss around! We’re glad they have each other now.
