Dreams Come True

After being diagnosed with DIPG, many children spend the time they have left in hospitals, fighting for their lives. Here at CRF, we want to make sure these children are still able to create as many good memories as possible. That’s why we started the Dreams Come True program – so that we can help make sure these memories happen. To apply for this program, fill out the application below.
