This month we had our final board meeting for 2021 and it was our best meeting yet! With every meeting, we are further reminded that our work is helping many children around the world and making progress where there once was none for DIPG research and treatment. We had the honor of speaking with our first ever DIPG survivor Lisha Ayala, our miracle warrior Emiliano, and our 2021 Vision of Hope recipient Dr. Jeffrey P. Greenfield.

Their stories are a further reminder that DIPG is an ongoing issues that requires the dedication and research that our members give. We cannot express how thankful we are to have such dedicated members and partners. Full Steam Ahead!

Cristian absolutely loved Halloween. Being able to dress up and act silly while collecting candy would be any child’s favorite day. Cristian only had the chance to enjoy a few Halloweens, but no child should ever have to miss one. Here’s a reminder to make the most of this holiday with your kids while you can. What are you dressing up as for Halloween?

What is DIPG
(Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma)?
