Ringgold
We are so
elated to welcome Actor and Executive Producer Sean Ringgold to
the CRF Board! Ringgold commented “Having been moved by the
powerful stories of resilience and the unwavering love that

Edgar
Berlanga Scores First-Round Knockout in Triumphant Return
On March 15, Board Member
Edgar Berlanga made his return to the boxing ring and faced off
against Jonathon Gonzalez-Ortiz, proudly wearing our logo on
his trunks. He had an impressive victory, knocking out his
opponent in the first round!
D.I.P.G. Warrior Alexa
Huber’s recent MRI shows that her tumor is
stable! Alexa is about to hit her 5-year
milestone next month with a stable tumor,
and we couldn’t be happier for her and her
beautiful family.
March marks what would have been
Braylon Hodgson’s 15th birthday. Born on March 5th, 2010,
Braylon’s smile and energy lit up every room. As a son,
brother, friend, and athlete, he spread joy wherever he went.
Even after his D.I.P.G. diagnosis in October 2022, Braylon
embraced life’s simple pleasures. Though his life was
tragically cut short, his legacy of love, courage, and joy
endures. We were honored to have his father accept the Golden
Wings recognition on his behalf at our November gala—a reminder
of the love he brought into this world. He will never be
forgotten.
How
Can I Give Some Extra Luck to D.I.P.G. Warriors This Month?
Our angels are members of our
community who have lost their difficult battles against
D.I.P.G. and D.M.G. They will always be a part of the CRF
family and in sharing their experience with D.I.P.G. and D.M.G.
we hope to amplify the urgency to find a cure. We work in honor
of our angels so that no other child will lose their life to
D.I.P.G. or D.M.G. again. Let us honor our March Angel
birthdays and Angelversaries. Our thoughts and prayers are with
their families and loved ones.
These
angels will never be forgotten.
