3 years ago, Emiliano’s family was told their child would die after being diagnosed with a rare, inoperable brain tumor called DIPG. Emiliano would first lose the ability to eat, walk, and see.

Today, Emiliano is alive, and his tumor has shrunk. The Cristian Rivera Foundation stepped in to fund medical trials and research and to give money for family support. But Emiliano’s family, and the 200 other families that get this news every year, exhaust all their resources to save their children. We depend on your generosity to continue to save lives. We can be the reason that a doctor doesn’t have to tell a family that their child now has a death sentence.
