Many people know the feeling of great motivation and determination when it comes to the beginning of the new year. This may include trying a new hobby or making your own personal goals that you want to achieve! But oftentimes when the year is coming to an end, that is when many of us tend to feel more tired and seem to feel busier than we intended. We then have a personal moment and realize that we haven’t actually achieved many of the goals that we set in the beginning of the year.

Today, we are sharing with you 5 different COVID-friendly goals that you can reach before 2020 ends! Reach for the stars with your family and friends too.
1. Donate to a cause you care about.
For it is through giving that we receive. Make it a goal to spread some love around this time of year! Especially to causes that are close to your heart. You may not even realize how great your impact can be! Kindness goes a long way.
2. Declutter.
Over the course of a year, it is easy to gather a lot! Removing clutter can help you physically and mentally. You can also reflect on what is most important to keep and either throw away, donate, recycle, or sell some items. Another pro about decluttering is that you can gain more space and focus on the important things. Think of it as an accomplishment.
3. Plan your dream vacation!
Have you ever sat down to think about what your dream vacation is? You can take some time with your family and think about where you would want to go, what activities you would want to do, and what types of sites you would want to see. You could create a savings account and start saving up for it as a family. Plus, it can be fun to dream about future travel adventures.
4. Read 15 different Fall books with your children.
Reading is a great way to bond with and educate your children. Check out these 15 different and fun fall children’s books. It’s always fun to learn something new, and it may inspire you to get outdoors and play in the leaves.
5. Go to all of your doctor’s appointments.
Let’s face it, scheduling an appointment can feel inconvenient. However, we all know that right now especially is a time of year where we all need to be making sure we are staying healthy and safe. Make sure that you are receiving yearly check-ups and receiving any treatments that you may need if concerned. Don’t be afraid to ask your healthcare professionals questions. Knock them all out in one month!
While these are just a few goals that you can make and reach by the end of 2020, we encourage you to challenge yourself and do what works best for you.
