For nearly 23 years, I have dedicated my professional life to the betterment of society by enforcing drug laws and eradicating society of those drug traffickers who are responsible for flooding our streets with drugs and drug-related violence. My drive and interest in helping and protecting others, however, spills over into my personal life, and has driven me to become part of the Cristian Rivera Foundation. As a husband and father of three children, I cannot imagine anything worse than losing a child, and I want to contribute my time and energy into this worthwhile cause with the hope that, one day, a cure will be found for Pontine Glioma so that no other families will have to experience what my good friend John “Gungie” Rivera and his Family had to endure with the loss of Cristian to this disease.
